The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a System Analyst for its Contractual Staff venture in Lahore. This role sits at Level SPPP-04 and involves translating enterprise needs into expandable, protected digital systems that support provincial monitoring operations.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years) in IT, Computer Science, Figures Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. A First Division (60% and above) is required.
Candidates demand 3 years of post-qualification experience for Masters/Bachelors, or 5 years covering at least one year in the public sector.

Role Responsibilities
- Convert Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into System Conditions Specification (SRS) and Functional Needs Specification (FRS.
- Design system architecture such as multi-tier (presentation/submission/information layers) and microservice-oriented structuring.
- Grow integration architecture for API-based interoperability and protected data exchange throughout departmental systems.
- Create logical and physical figures models, entity-relationship structuring, and records normalization strategies.
- Organize SDLC phases from requirement to deployment, including UAT planning and regression testing.
- Blueprint performance tuning, scalability, and security architecture (role-based access, audit trails.
- Produce system architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD), API documentation, and deployment guides.
