Job Description
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Team Lead Full Stack for its Lahore-based project on a contract basis. This role is part of the PERA Contractual Team venture and is classified at Level SPPP-03.
The position involves leading wrap up development of web submissions and digital platforms throughout the PERA software network. You’ll own the complete development lifecycle, from UI/UX execution in React to backend API development in.NET and database operations in SQL Server.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must grip a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 60% marks (First Division).
- Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience (as per locked facts) or 8 years as per detailed description.
- At least 4 years in a team lead or senior developer capacity.
- Demonstrable portfolio of React +.NET applications.
- Public-sector or enterprise-grade software experience preferred.
- Experience in personal entities accepted if registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Public Sector Regulatory Authority.
- Mandatory technical competencies: React.js, ASP.NET Core Web API, Microsoft SQL Server, Git, OOP & Design Patterns, Docker, CI/CD.
- Mandatory day-to-day apply of AI coding assistants such as Claude, Copilot, or equivalent.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead finalize development over React (frontend) and.NET (backend) layers.
- Design and carry out RESTful APIs with ADO.NET and SQL Server as the information layer.
- Construct reusable, expandable React components using contemporary patterns (hooks, context API, lazy loading).
- Implement.NET Web API endpoints with correct authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Pen tuned SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and views for company logic and reporting.
- Use AI resources (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a core portion of the development workflow.
- Oversee Git branching, merging, and tug request workflows throughout the team.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, everyday standups, and carry out code reviews.
