Job Description
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Team Lead Technical to anchor its software development team in Lahore. This role guarantees architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering practices are upheld over all software initiatives, bridging targeted technology direction with day-to-day execution.
The Team Lead will drive grade and consistency throughout PERA's platforms, including React.js frontend, ASP.NET Core backend, and Microsoft SQL Server databases. This position suits an experienced technical leader who can mentor developers, enforce SOLID principles, and use AI instruments like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
The operate sphere is contractual under the PERA venture, offering a shot to shape public-sector technology in Punjab.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must grip a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Details Technology, or equivalent from a recognized university. A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience is needed, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role.

Role Responsibilities
- Define and enforce software architecture standards over the packed stack (React,.NET, SQL Server).
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decision-making sessions.
- Set up and keep up coding standards, proven techniques, and design patterns (Repository, CQRS, Factory, etc.).
- Mandatory employ of AI coding resources like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development cycles.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using Git-based workflows.
- Champion Docker containerization for development, testing, and production environments.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers; carry out 1:1s and technical rise schemes.
- Coordinate with item, QA, and operations teams for sprint planning and delivery milestones.
