The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) is hiring a Programme Manager to lead digital perform, software development, and information management initiatives. This role involves planning, rollout, monitoring, and reporting of central IT projects. The position is based in Lahore and is offered on a contract basis.
The Programme Manager will supervise the design, development, improvement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital systems, portals, databases, and related submissions. Coordination with federal and provincial government departments, academia, industry, and development partners is a core portion of the role.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must hold an MS/M-Phil degree (18 years of education) in Company Administration.. Computational Science.. Computer Engineering/Sciences — Computer Networks.. Information Technology.. Or Management and Technology.
- MS/M-Phil (18 years of education) in related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or Management Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in programme management, digital work, or related domains.
- Age between 27 and 45 years.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Punjab domicile is called for.
- Experience in coordinating with government departments, academia, and sector partners is preferred.
- Sturdy leadership and venture management skills are necessary.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital function and software development projects.
- Oversee design, development, improvement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital systems, portals, and databases.
- Arrange with federal and provincial government departments, academia, field, and development partners for system integration and records sharing.
- Manage collection, consolidation, validation, reconciliation, and standard assurance of SME-related figures from multiple sources.
- Manage software vendors, development teams, and technical consultants to guarantee timely delivery of task milestones.
- Get ready analytical reports, dashboards, and management information systems to back evidence-based decision-making.
- Perform any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the Authority.
