Job Overview
The Punjab Land Record Authority, through its Project Management Unit at the Board of Revenue, is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support land record modernization efforts in Punjab.
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and validating GIS data collected through GPS devices, Android-based survey applications, and other GIS tools.
Your work will directly affect the reliability of land records, so attention to detail and a strong grasp of geospatial data standards are essential.
The position sits within the Project Management Unit – BOR, which oversees the technical implementation of land record systems across the province.
You will collaborate with survey teams and data managers to ensure that field-collected data meets quality benchmarks before it is used in official records.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education in GIS / Remote Sensing / Geomatics / Space Sciences / Civil Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC recognized University / Institute.
- At least 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in collection or management of GIS data through GPS/android application survey/other GIS applications.
- Domicile is required for this position.

- Age: 25 – 70 years
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and accuracy of GIS data collected through GPS and Android-based survey applications.
- Validate and manage GIS data using various GIS applications and tools.
- Coordinate with field survey teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Implement quality assurance procedures for geospatial data collection and management.
