Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must grip an MS or BS in Business Analytics, Management Sciences, Targeted Management, Economics, Information Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. A STEM degree combined with an MBA or Planned Management specialization is preferred.
Certifications in Figures Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Venture Management (PMP/PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- MS or BS in Business Analytics, Management Sciences, Targeted Management, Economics, Records Science, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- STEM degree with MBA or Planned Management specialization preferred.
- Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Task Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is an edge.
- Minimum 12 years of expert experience in business strategy, analytics, or technology management.
- Proven record in performance analytics, research-driven decision-making, and targeted planning for technology or innovation projects.
- Experience in marketplace research, KPI development, and business intelligence systems.
- Exposure to public sector R&D, tech incubation, or innovation ecosystems preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide regular performance and client reports lined up with agreed targets and Offering Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Pinpoint key increase indicators, build and monitor KPIs, and improve reporting systems to assess organizational performance.
- Formulate and implement data-driven strategies for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Devise, grow, test, and deploy new performance measurement frameworks and analytics models.
- Carry out marketplace and business research to assist Quantum Valley’s planned initiatives and innovation programs.
- Drive productification of analytic capabilities in data management, modeling, and insight generation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance gaps and propose data-supported improvements.
- Produce forecasts, marketplace analyses, and targeted recommendations for policy and operational decision-making.
