Job Description
The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer will lead planned company development, partnerships. Commercialization for Quantum Valley Pakistan, a Ministry of Defence initiative aimed at creating a premier innovation and exhibition hub comparable to Silicon Valley.
This contract role, located in Islamabad with on-site operate in Rawalpindi, centers on driving revenue generation through government, sector, and international collaborations. The officer will oversee sales operations, run the sales team, and put in place evident sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational aims.
Responsibilities involve boosting Quantum Valley’s brand via exhibitions and conferences, spotting business openings in public and private sectors, and leading proposal development and venture execution.
The work area needs a targeted vision with hands-on expertise in innovation marketing and a strong network over public sector, academia, and technology industry.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must hold a PhD or MS in IT, Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Administration, Planned Management, or Technology Management, with sturdy exposure to ICT, innovation ecosystems, or tech commercialization. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.

Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and carry out a wrap up sales and marketing approach for Quantum Valley.
- Drive revenue rise through government, field, and international partnerships.
- Boost Quantum Valley’s brand through exhibitions, conferences, and outreach programs.
- Identify and pursue enterprise chances in both public and private sectors.
- Lead proposal development, venture planning, and execution against defined milestones.
- Ensure timely task delivery, caliber compliance, and matter resolution.
- Reach annual revenue and partnership targets as defined by management.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
