Job Description
The Office of the Military Accountant General (MAG) is carrying out to load 274 Junior Auditor positions. Junior Auditors are responsible for examining financial records, making sure compliance with regulations, and supporting audit functions in the military accounting structure.
The role suits thorough people with a background in accounting, finance, or firm administration. Working at MAG gives exposure to government financial systems and public sector auditing standards. Selected applicants will contribute to the accuracy and transparency of military accounts.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate Degree Scheme (ADP) in applicable disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Company Administration, or Economics. No prior experience is required, making this an entry-level opening for fresh graduates.
- Bachelor's Degree (14 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, Enterprise Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
- Associate Degree Plan (ADP) in related disciplines is also acceptable.
- Minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA as per HEC rules.
- Age limit: 18 to 28 years (relaxation as per government policy).
- Must be a Pakistani citizen.
- No prior operate experience needed.
Role Responsibilities
- Run audits of military accounts and financial transactions.
- Verify accuracy of financial records and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies and report audit findings.
- Guarantee compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain documentation.
- Assist senior auditors in field audits and inspections.
- Perform any Other tasks assigned by the office.
