Senior Program Officer (procurement)

Job Description

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) wants a Senior Program Officer (procurement) for its PICP task in Lahore. This public-sector body handles municipal development over Punjab.

Qualification

• Thorough grasp of PPRA rules, Globe Bank procurement regulations, and PEC.
• Can deal with ads, EOIs, RFPs, bidding documents, and evaluations.
• Prior experience with public sector entities and donor agencies.
• Knowledge of Nearby Government Systems and regulatory setup is an edge.
• Domicile is mandatory for this position.

Role Responsibilities

• Tackle procurement of works, goods, and offerings for the PICP project.
• Make sure compliance with PPRA rules, Planet Bank regulations, and PEC standards.
• Prepare and handle ads, expressions of interest, and requests for proposals.
• Build and assess bidding documents and proposals.
• Liaise with public sector entities and donor agencies on procurement matters.
• Retain records and reports of procurement activities.
• Manual venture teams on procurement ways and regulatory adjusts.
