The Specialist Licensing Reporting (Manager) role sits inside an Autonomous Public Sector Organization of the Government of Pakistan. This is a contract position focused on turning licensing figures into obvious, decision-ready reports.

Qualification
Applicants demand a minimum bachelor's degree (16 years) in Business Intelligence, Company Analytics, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Info Systems, or another applicable quantitative discipline from an HEC-recognized university. The age limit is 35 years maximum.

Role Responsibilities
- Compile, tidy, validate, and analyze data on licensing applications, approvals, pending cases, processing timelines, license status, and compliance activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and need-based licensing reports, presentations, dashboards, charts, and analytical summaries for management and committee use.
- Maintain and update BI dashboards and recurring management reports using approved figures sources and formats.
- Monitor key licensing indicators and point out trends, variances, delays, exceptions, records gaps, and concerns requiring management attention.
- Organize with related departments to round up, clarify, validate, reconcile, and track up on reporting inputs in agreed timelines.
- Confirm reported figures are supported by source records and distinguish between submitted, verified, projected, and approved info.
- Back improvements, standardization, and partial automation of recurring reports, dashboards, templates, and information consolidation procedures.
- Get ready clear internal communications, reporting notes, and management summaries in a professional and timely manner.
