Job Overview

The Project Management Unit Shrimp Aquaculture is hiring Aqua Marketing & Trading Interns for the Establishment of Shrimp Estate with Value Chain project at 58NB, Sargodha.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing and trading operations within a government-led shrimp aquaculture initiative.

Interns will work under the Fisheries Department, Punjab, supporting the commercial side of the shrimp estate.

The role is designed for recent graduates who want practical experience in marketing and supply chain management while contributing to a flagship agricultural project.

This is an entry-level internship position, ideal for candidates who have completed a 16-year education and are ready to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

The project aims to develop a complete shrimp value chain, and interns will be part of that effort.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria

  • Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years of education) in Marketing or Supply Chain Management
  • Required Division First (60% and above)
  • Age: 18 to 30 years
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible
  • Domicile is required for this position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing and trading activities related to shrimp aquaculture products
  • Support supply chain management tasks within the shrimp estate value chain
  • Help prepare marketing reports and analyze market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for trading operations
  • Participate in day-to-day project activities as assigned by the Project Management Unit
