Job Overview
The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) is hiring a Deputy Director Full Stack.NET Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that support the province's land record management system.
This role sits within the authority's technical wing and carries responsibility for taking applications from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support.
The developer will build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, while also constructing scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core MVC.
Database work centers on SQL Server, including writing optimized queries and stored procedures.
The position demands proven application of software design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Factory, and Repository, with knowledge of SOLID principles considered a plus.
As Deputy Director, the post holder will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, debug and resolve production issues promptly, and stay current with.NET and web development trends.
The role also involves developing software documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals, and ensuring that all development adheres to PLRA policies and procedures.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Qualification: BSCS, MCS, BCS (4 Years) or Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Computer Engineering/Sciences
- Experience: 5 years
- Gender: Both
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Domicile is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web/software applications that meet business requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Participate in the development of software documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals
- Ensure software development adheres to PLRA policies and procedures
- Take corrective action, based on approval, to fix software bugs and performance issues within the assigned scope
- Provide input on software development timelines and resource allocation
