Responsibilities
- Driver: Operating official vehicles for office staff and official errands, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs
- Naib Qasid: Delivering files and documents within the office, assisting clerks and performing general clerical support duties
- Chowkidar: Guarding the office premises, monitoring entry and exit of visitors and reporting any security concerns
- Aya: Assisting female staff and visitors, helping with basic cleaning and care tasks as directed
- Helper: Supporting office staff with manual tasks, lifting and moving equipment or files, and assisting in maintaining office order
- Sweeper: Cleaning office floors, washrooms and surrounding areas, and disposing of waste properly
