Job Overview
The Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (PRMPU) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Project Director in the Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU).
This role is central to keeping the leadership team organised and on schedule, handling a mix of coordination, correspondence and administrative follow-through.
You will be the point of contact for the Managing Director's engagements, making sure meetings, calls and official commitments run smoothly.
The job demands someone who can prioritise competing tasks, communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working under the Planning and Development Board, the unit focuses on improving how Punjab's public resources are managed and policy decisions are implemented.
As Executive Assistant, your work directly supports the leadership in delivering on that mandate.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following criteria
- Bachelor's Degree (14 years of education) in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the public or private sector
- Age between 22 and 35 years
- Both male and female candidates are eligible
- Domicile is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate engagements of the Managing Director (PRMPU) / Project Director
- Accomplish all official tasks assigned by the Managing Director well on time
