Job Description
Ignite – National Technology Fund, a Government of Pakistan entity, is looking for a Manager Monitoring (Technical) to supervise technical activities for its funded projects. The role is located in Islamabad and is offered on a contract basis under Grade Group-V.
The main responsibility is to design and put in place technical monitoring and evaluation resources lined up with Ignite's proposal approval criteria. The manager will track up on funded proposals, confirm timely submission of progress reports, and monitor adherence to task timetables.
This position involves generating technical monitoring reports and communicating with Principal Investigators on all technical matters. This role is important for strengthening the performance of Ignite's R&D funded projects and ensuring reliable monitoring throughout the portfolio.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated market salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must grip a Master's degree in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Sciences, Data Technology, or equivalent. Higher or multiple qualifications will be given preference. Many particular degrees is accepted, covering BS/MS/PhD in related fields.
- Master's degree in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical/Computer Systems Engineering or Computer Sciences/Info Technology or equivalent.
- Higher or multiple qualifications preferred.
- Accepted degrees include BS Computer Science, BS Details Technology, BS Telecommunication Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BE Computer Systems Engineering, MS Computer Science, PhD in applicable fields, and many more.
- At least 7 to 10 years of post-qualification progressive or multiple relevant work experience.
- Experience in a lively, result-driven organization.
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor technical activities for projects funded by Ignite.
- Design and carry out technical monitoring and evaluation instruments and strategies.
- Abide by up on funded proposals making sure timely submission of progress reports.
- Guarantee adherence to venture timetables.
- Generate technical monitoring reports on the progress of funded projects.
- Communicate with Principal Investigators on all technical matters.
- Give essential technical data about funded projects to other departments.
- Strengthen the performance of R&D funded projects through productive monitoring.
