Job Overview

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is looking for a Manager Curriculum & M&E (PPS-08) in Islamabad.

This role is important to improving ICT education and training standards nationwide.

You’ll work with educational institutions and sector players to make certain curricula encounter marketplace demand.

Professionals with backgrounds in ICT, engineering, education policy, or management sciences should apply.

Experience in curriculum design and M&E systems is a must.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates need a Master's degree (16 years of education minimum) in ICT, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics), Education Policy, Human Tool Development, Management Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

If you’ve a foreign degree, you’ll demand a legitimate HEC equivalence certificate.

  • Master's degree (16 years) in ICT, Engineering, Education Policy, HRD, Management Sciences, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Foreign degrees must have an HEC equivalence certificate.
  • Spare years of education (MS/MPhil) in related field are preferred.
  • Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Grade Assurance in Higher/Technical Education provide you an edge.
  • Maximum age limit: 50 years.
  • At least 5 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and update curricula for ICT and related programs.
  • Design and roll out monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Operate with educational institutions and industry partners.
  • Assess training outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Set together reports and presentations for management.
  • Create confident everything matches with national education and IT policies.
  • Manage curriculum development teams.
