Role Responsibilities
- Hand over lectures and conduct useful sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Manage clinical rotations and patient care activities in affiliated hospitals.
- Carry out research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
- Give specialized clinical offerings in the respective department.
- Mentor junior faculty and residents.
- Ensure compliance with MTI policies and grade standards.
