Job Description
The Manager Academics at Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) supervises academic operations for training programs. This role involves developing curriculum standards, coordinating faculty, securing academic integrity, and supporting the educational development of officers, cadets, and trainees.
The position is located in Lahore and reports to the Chief Instructor. This is a contractual role under the PERA task, offering an opportunity to contribute to skilled development in a government regulatory environment.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must grip a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
A minimum of 5 years (for Masters) or 8 years (for Bachelors Hons) post-qualification experience in an administrative or instructional capacity in an academic institution or research center is required.
- Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- First Division (60% marks or above) throughout academic path.
- Years post-qualification experience for Masters degree holders.
- Years post-qualification experience for Bachelors (Hons) degree holders.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and update course content matched with lawful frameworks, policing standards, and contemporary challenges.
- Integrate useful and theoretical modules in criminal law, ethics, investigation techniques, and public administration.
- Liaise with subject matter pros, law faculty, and operational trainers to guarantee curriculum relevance.
- Arrange and run academic calendars, schedules, and course timetables.
- Supervise examinations, assessments, and project evaluations.
- Arrange teaching assignments for in-house instructors and visiting faculty.
- Organize faculty development programs and workshops.
- Monitor instructional delivery to confirm compliance with PERA training policies.
- Run course evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in budget preparation for academic programs and organize reference allocation.
