Quantity Surveyor (01 Post – Lahore Based) is listed by Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC). Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Lahore office under the PICP project. This is a contract position with one vacancy.
The role involves scrutinizing structural drawings, getting ready quantity surveys, and reviewing charge estimates for civil, mechanical, and electrical functions. You’ll work carefully with project teams to guarantee accurate budgeting and material quantification.
The position suits experienced civil engineering professionals who have spent at least a decade in quantity surveying and cost estimation. PMDFC is a government entity focused on municipal infrastructure development throughout Punjab. This role presents a shot to contribute to large-scale public projects in Lahore.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must grip a Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from a Punjab Government-recognized institution. The role also requires 10 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and price estimation.

- Maximum age limit: 45 years.

Role Responsibilities
- Scrutinize structural drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and evaluate quantity surveys for project components.
- Evaluate rough charge and full price estimates.
- Confirm estimates include civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
