Job Overview
The Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit, operating under the Planning and Development Board, is seeking a Research Analyst for its Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU) project.
In this role, you will support the unit's research and analysis functions, producing briefs and background papers that inform project decisions.
You will also assist in designing and conducting surveys and data collection efforts, which are critical for project appraisal and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
The work directly supports the unit's mandate to improve resource management and policy implementation across Punjab.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical background and a passion for public sector development work.
Experience in development projects will be considered an advantage, as the role requires understanding of project cycles and data-driven decision making.
Eligibility and Qualification
To be eligible for this Research Analyst position, candidates must meet the following criteria
- 16 years of education in Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Operation Research (Masters or Bachelors Hons).
- 3-5 years of research or data experience.
- Experience of working in development projects will be preferred.
- Age: 23 to 45 years.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Domicile is required for this position.
