Qualification

  • Bachelor's or BS degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).

  • Strong communication and leadership competencies.
  • Ability to perform in shifts and handle emergencies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage nursing team and organize patient care activities.

  • Uphold correct patient records and reports.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Train and mentor junior nursing workforce.
  • Monitor patient important signs and respond to alters.
  • Handle inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in grade improvement initiatives.
