Salary & Compensation

Qualification
Applicants must keep a Bachelor's or BS degree in Nursing or a related field from a recognized institution. Additional certifications or experience in a supervisory nursing role will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's or BS degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience desirable.
- Legitimate practicing license.
- Strong communication and leadership competencies.
- Ability to perform in shifts and handle emergencies.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage nursing team and organize patient care activities.
- Make sure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
- Uphold correct patient records and reports.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Train and mentor junior nursing workforce.
- Monitor patient important signs and respond to alters.
- Handle inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in grade improvement initiatives.
