Job Overview
The Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Establishment of Masstransit System in Gujranwala & Faisalabad is looking for an Assistant Director Civil to oversee the civil engineering side of the Metro Bus Project.
This is a project-based role, meaning the appointment runs for the duration of the project rather than as a permanent government post.
The person in this position will be responsible for making sure civil works are built according to approved designs and technical specifications.
That means reviewing designs, supervising construction on site, checking quality, and coordinating with contractors to keep the work on schedule and within safety standards.
The role demands close monitoring of on-ground activities, so expect to spend a good part of the time at construction sites rather than behind a desk.
Because the project covers two cities, the work may involve travel between Gujranwala and Faisalabad.

Eligibility and Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering OR Transportation Engineering
- 05 years of experience in civil engineering in infrastructure development projects
- Degree level: Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years)
- Gender: Both
- Age: 25 to 70 years
- Domicile is required for this position
