Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage statutory meetings, including meetings of the Board of Governors (BOGs) and its committees, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements
- Ensure effective communication and smooth flow of information between the Board, Committees, and senior management
- Provide legal, financial, and strategic guidance to the Board of Governors and Committees to support informed and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote trust, coordination, and collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and relevant entities to ensure compliance and represent the organization in a professional manner
- Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely compliance
- Safeguard legal documents, corporate records, and statutory registers, ensuring their confidentiality, integrity, and proper maintenance
- Support management in handling ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills
