Salary & Compensation
Estimated market salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, development studies, firm, economics, health informatics, information technology or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in program rollout, health projects, or innovation roles at provincial/regional level in Pakistan.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead regional game plan execution and adapt national digital programs to area contexts, challenges, and chances.
- Develop and uphold sturdy relationships with provincial health departments, hospitals, universities, NGOs, and confidential sector players.
- Organize execution of pilots, training programs, startup assist, and innovation activities in the cluster.
- Spot regional innovation wants and openings; feed findings back to the national lab.
- Ensure provincial alignment with national masterplan and sectoral strategy.
- Monitor regional venture progress, threats, and impact; ensure timely reporting to central PMO and leadership.
- Organize nearby workshops, capacity-building sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Boost adoption of digital health utilities and measure improvements in healthcare delivery.
