Job Description

Quantum Valley Pakistan, a planned initiative under the Ministry of Defence, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis at grade PPS-11. This role is central to driving data-informed decisions over the organisation's R&D, Expo Center, and Exhibition Arena projects.

you’ll create KPI dashboards to track research progress, exhibition activities, and innovation outcomes. The position involves analysing visitor figures, sector engagement movements, and commercialisation metrics to shape policy and business strategies.

you’ll also forecast venture outcomes and technology adoption rates using statistical modelling, making sure data integrity throughout R&D and exhibition databases. Salary & Compensation

Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 per month.

Qualification

Applicants must grip an MS or BS in Business Analytics, Records Science, Data Technology, or Engineering Management. An MBA in Strategy or Technology Management, or certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

A minimum of 12 years of expert experience in business/data analysis, R&D operations, or innovation-driven projects is called for.

  • MS/BS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Info Technology, or Engineering Management.
  • MBA (Strategy/Technology Management) or certifications in Power BI, Information Analytics, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Years of skilled experience in business/figures analysis, R&D operations, or innovation-driven projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in records analytics instruments: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.
  • Experience in research performance tracking, exhibition task monitoring, and public sector reporting.
  • Exposure to ICT-based performance systems, procedure automation, and information governance frameworks preferred.
  • General age relaxation of 5 years relevant.

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out data analysis and performance monitoring for Quantum Valley R&D, Expo Center, and Exhibition Arena initiatives.
  • Build KPI dashboards to track research progress, exhibition activities, and innovation outcomes.
  • Analyze visitor figures, industry engagement trends, and commercialization metrics for policy and business decisions.
  • Forecast venture outcomes and technology adoption rates through statistical modelling.
  • Confirm records integrity and standardization over R&D and exhibition databases.
  • Provide periodic analytical reports to management and ministries for progress evaluation.
  • Assist targeted planning, funding proposals, and influence assessment for ongoing and future R&D projects.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Business Development, and Operations teams to align information findings with institutional targets.
