Eligibility and Qualification
The will have a strong legal or business administration background with substantial experience in contract management and regulatory compliance.
The following criteria are required
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or Business Administration from an HEC recognized university with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in arbitration, commercial laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliances.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
- Experience in green/carbon/climate financing legal framework.
- Age: 30-45 years.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Domicile: Required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, vet, and finalize all types of contracts to be signed under the program, including hiring of consultancy services and green credits buyer-seller relationships.
- Review and ensure compliance of contracts/agreements to be signed by the PMU.
- Provide legal support and advice on disputes, contract interpretation, and project-related litigation or arbitration or any ancillary matters.
- Any other task assigned by the higher authorities.
