EXIM Bank of Pakistan, a Government of Pakistan entity, is hiring for the position of Manager/Assistant Manager – Analytics in Islamabad for the year 2026. This regular, full-time role, graded up to M5, focuses on developing interactive dashboards, performing portfolio and sectoral analytics, and supporting credit risk management through data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing portfolio quality, provisioning, and concentration risks, and by automating reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
The role involves conducting trend analysis, stress testing, and scenario analysis to support proactive credit risk management, as well as supporting the development and validation of credit risk models including PD, LGD, and EAD methodologies.
The position also contributes to IFRS 9 analytics, impairment assessment, and risk reporting, while collaborating with IT and business teams to strengthen data governance and reporting infrastructure.
The incumbent will prepare presentations and reports for Senior Management, Board Committees, and regulators, and support regulatory reporting, internal audits, and supervisory inspections.
Candidates with experience in commercial banks, financial institutions, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), or FinTechs may have an advantage.
The role requires strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Knowledge of IFRS 9, regulatory reporting, and banking risk frameworks is advantageous, as is an understanding of export finance, international trade, or Export Credit Agency (ECA) operations.

Eligibility and Qualification
The eligibility criteria for this role require a minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) of Pakistan.
The required experience varies by level: at least 5 years for Manager and at least 3 years for Assistant Manager.
The age limit is 55 years.
- Minimum of 16 years of education with a major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Risk, Information Technology, or any other relevant field.
- Degree from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) of Pakistan.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience for Manager level.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Sound understanding of credit risk, portfolio analytics, and risk management principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance interactive dashboards and management information reports to support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Perform portfolio, sectoral, and obligor-level analytics to identify emerging risks, trends, and business opportunities.
- Analyze portfolio quality, non-performing financing (NPF/NPL) trends, provisioning requirements, and concentration risks.
- Design and automate reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
