EXIM Bank of Pakistan, a government-owned export-import bank, is hiring a Regular Relationship Manager for its Faisalabad office in 2026. This full-time role, graded up to M5, focuses on managing and growing client relationships in trade finance and credit insurance.

The Relationship Manager will work closely with senior management and the Relationship Business Manager (RBM) to prepare business programs, credit applications, and due diligence reports.

The will be expected to have existing relationships in the assigned geographic area and a solid grasp of UCP 600, URDG, SBP Prudential Regulations, and credit insurance frameworks.

Eligibility and Qualification
The educational and experience requirements are designed to ensure the candidate can handle the complexities of trade finance and relationship management.
A minimum of 16 years of education in finance or business-related fields from an HEC-recognized university is mandatory, along with at least five years of relevant banking experience.
- Minimum 16 years of education with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Understanding of International Trade (UCP 600 & URDG), SBP Prudential Regulations, and Credit Insurance rules and framework.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in developing high-quality financial models.
- Good computer literacy and inclination towards automation.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with customer focus and result orientation.
- Maximum age limit is 55 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to customers, ensuring a seamless transaction experience and proactively managing client queries.
- Support senior management in managing existing relationships and developing new ones.
- Lead and undertake due diligence, risk analysis, financial modeling, and trade finance structuring.
- Exhibit understanding of Trade Finance and Credit Risk Management and close deals with minimum supervision.
- Achieve assigned targets and perform any other tasks assigned by line management.
