The Senior Officer Finance and Accounts position at EXIM Bank of Pakistan, a Government of Pakistan entity, is open for recruitment in 2026. Eligibility and Qualification
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements set by EXIM Bank of Pakistan.
The qualifications are designed to ensure the officer can handle complex financial reporting and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; preference given to candidates with experience in financial institutions.
- Age limit: Maximum 55 years.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, reporting frameworks, tax laws, and regulatory/statutory requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Urdu.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness and correctness of closing adjusting entries in Oracle financial.
- Post adjusting or periodical adjusting entries.
- Ensure proper accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and other accounting matters in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare information for statutory reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan and ensure timely submission of all returns.
- Assist in the day-to-day accounting/reporting function.
- Execute any other duties as and when required by the Line Manager.
