The Privatisation Commission, a key government body under the Ministry of Finance, is looking for a Consultant HR to support its human resource functions.
This contract position, graded G-1, is central to implementing HR policies and ensuring smooth HR operations within the Commission.
The role involves coordinating recruitment, managing employee records, and facilitating training and performance appraisal processes.
As a Consultant HR, you will work closely with various sections, including Finance, to ensure accurate payroll inputs and compliance with HR policies.
You will also provide administrative and logistical support for HR meetings and internal communications.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can handle multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality in personnel matters.
The Commission values international qualifications and experience, as well as recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations.
Eligibility and Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria
- Masters in an HR-related field from an HEC-recognised university.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, training and organizational development, and HR policy.
- Maximum age limit is 55 years.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of approved HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to recruitment, attendance, leave, contracts, and training.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate payroll-related inputs (attendance, leave, contract renewals) in liaison with the Finance section.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes, training coordination, and HR reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in personnel file management and HR data handling.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
