Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Masters in Business, Economics, Finance or IT-related fields with BS in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Computer/Software Engineering, Economics Management, Finance.
- At least 8 years of experience in organizational transformation OR change management and program delivery.
- International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred.
- Maximum age limit is 50 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage organizational transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on program delivery and performance improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects to senior management.
