  • Coordinate with field Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, HR, legal, disciplinary branch, and relevant administrative units.
  • Identify trends, repeat offenders, high-risk districts, vulnerable enforcement areas, and recurring misconduct patterns.
  • Maintain confidential files, source information, complaint records, and investigation-related documentation.
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, reporting templates, inspection checklists, and internal affairs protocols.
  • Support scrutiny of complaints and preparation of preliminary notes for competent authority.
