The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Data Analyst for its Contractual Staff project in Lahore, Punjab, for the year 2026. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university, along with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (including one year in the public sector), are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility and Qualification

- Dataset structuring for analytics consumption and logical grouping for KPIs and dashboards.
- Trend analysis, time-series evaluation, pattern detection, and anomaly identification.
- Comparative performance analysis across departments and districts, and risk signal identification from operational datasets.
- Development of dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools, and creation of KPI visualization frameworks for real-time and periodic reporting.
- KPI tracking systems aligned with BRD definitions, SLA monitoring for service delivery indicators, and compliance tracking metrics across enforcement domains.
