Responsibilities
- Define and enforce software architecture standards across the full stack (React,.NET, SQL Server).
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decision-making sessions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools for the PERA technology stack.
- Ensure all systems adhere to OOP principles and SOLID design for maintainability and scalability.
- Leverage Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles.
- Train and guide team members on effective prompting and AI tool usage for independent productivity.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using Git-based workflows.
- Champion Docker containerization for development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor application performance, security, and scalability; implement proactive remediation.
