Job Overview

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Team Lead Technical for its Contractual Staff project in Lahore, Punjab, with applications open until 27-Aug-2026.   • Database: Microsoft SQL Server — ADO.NET, stored procedures, query optimization.
  • Version Control: Git (branching strategies, pull request workflows).
  • OOP & Design Patterns: Solid command of SOLID principles, Repository, Factory, Singleton, CQRS.

Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce software architecture standards across the full stack (React,.NET, SQL Server).
  • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decision-making sessions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools for the PERA technology stack.
  • Ensure all systems adhere to OOP principles and SOLID design for maintainability and scalability.
  • Leverage Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles.
  • Train and guide team members on effective prompting and AI tool usage for independent productivity.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using Git-based workflows.
  • Champion Docker containerization for development, testing, and production environments.
  • Monitor application performance, security, and scalability; implement proactive remediation.
